Beef Rump Cap

In Brazil, the ‘Picanha’, as it is known, is the most desirable cut of beef. Luckily for us, the rump cap is less popular and still excellent value. The rump cap is a thin, lean muscle that covers the top of the rump.  It can be used as an alternative to skirt or flank steaks. Utterly superb roasted for 4-5 people. Each rump cap is between 1.5-1.8kg
