Rangers Valley Black Onyx are pure Black Angus beef with a marble score of 3+. Raised in the cool climate of the New England Tablelands, they spend the majority of their life in lush green pastures. They are finished in outdoor yards that far exceed that requirements of the National Feedlot Accreditation Scheme and are fed a vegetarian grain diet for 270 days. They are free from hormone growth promotants.

We cut out Black Onyx t-bones into 1kg ‘Bisteccas’. In our opinion, it is simply the best way to enjoy this world-class beef.
