Beef Eye Fillet Roast
An eye fillet roast is arguably the most desirable beef cut you can buy. Ours is expertly trimmed and trussed to ensure perfect, even cooking. Fillet is almost completely lean and meltingly tender making it an impressive choice. It is best served medium rare and paired with a rich sauce like our house-made pepper or mushroom. We would recommend between 200-300gm per person.
