Dry-aged Beef Rib Eye Steak on the Bone
The rib eye is a highly marbled steak, making it exceptionally juicy and rich in flavour. We dry-age the entire cut for a minimum of 28 days, leading to vastly increased flavour and succulent tenderness. The bone adds an extra element to the steak making it possibly the tastiest steak available. The rib eye can be a big serving for one (leftovers make great sandwiches!) or it can be sliced up for up to 3 people to share. Each steak is 500 or 700 grams.
