Mini Tomahawk Steak
Utterly perfect for the steak lover. Essentially a dry-aged sirloin on the bone, mini (or ‘baby’) tomahawks are tender, rich in flavour and have an excellent balance of lean meat and succulent fat.
Season and drizzle with olive oil, grill (over charcoal if you can) to medium-rare, rest well, and slice off the bone for a moorish steak experience.
