Field to Fork is not a conventional butcher. We wanted to create a unique store that combined our collective passion and skills to bring you the best shopping experience. Not only do we provide you with the freshest cuts of meat, we also have a commercial kitchen that prepares classic hot and cold home-style meals daily, for your take-home enjoyment.
The Horwitz Family have over 25 years retail experience in Sydney. In 1986 they founded the Swiss Deli in Double Bay which developed over time into a national chain of 40 Bayswiss, Bayteak and Swiss Deli stores across Australia. Paula Horwitz brings a wealth of experience, style and serious business acumen to Field to Fork. Paula has a love of food, family, friends and entertaining and is now sharing this with you again. Paula is a member of the Monday Morning Cooking Club.
Our butchery team use traditional hand cutting methods to give you the best cuts possible. Our team are very knowledgeable about all things meaty and can customise your orders and provide all the advice you may need.
