Corned beef is pickled beef silverside. It’s an old school product but unbeatable in terms of flavour. Great on sandwiches (who doesn’t love a good Reuben) or served sliced and warm with vegetables. Gently simmer with aromatics (like peppercorn, bay leaves, cloves, garlic) for 1.5-3 hours. 1kg serves 4-5.
