For the biltong connoisseur. This is THE way to eat biltong, the way it’s been enjoyed for hundreds of years. Every home needs a piece (or 3!) hanging in the kitchen; just grab and slice as needed. Our whole wagyu biltong sticks are made exclusively with Rangers Valley MBS3+ Wagyu Beef. The silversides are trimmed, sliced and seasoned with our signature spice mixture before being carefully dried for 72 hours.
Made to a South African recipe passed down three generations. Gluten-free, sugar-free, high-protein snacking.
