Rack of Lamb

When lamb cutlets are left together and cooked as a whole, they’re called a rack of lamb. Our racks are French trimmed, meaning the meat is scraped from the ends of the rib bones, making for a more attractive presentation. Impressive cut for a dinner party, the only thing your guests will enjoy more than the presentation is the succulent, bold flavour. Each rack has either 8 or 9 ribs (see photo)
