Rack of Lamb
When lamb cutlets are left together and cooked as a whole, they’re called a rack of lamb. Our racks are French trimmed, meaning the meat is scraped from the ends of the rib bones, making for a more attractive presentation. Impressive cut for a dinner party, the only thing your guests will enjoy more than the presentation is the succulent, bold flavour. Each rack has either 8 or 9 ribs (see photo)
If you’d like us to leave more fat on your rack, rather than the full French trim, let us know in the comment section of the checkout page.
